Tiffany is the founder and driving force behind Jade’s Promise Dog Rescue. Through her experience in animal rescue, she saw a growing need for more resources dedicated to dogs and families right here in Wisconsin.
While transporting dogs from other states is lifesaving work, Tiffany saw too many local dogs and families struggling to find help when shelters and rescues were already at capacity. She believed Wisconsin needed more resources focused on the dogs already here.
Inspired by her own dog, Jade, Tiffany founded Jade’s Promise to help fill that gap—supporting families through hardship, partnering with Wisconsin shelters, and stepping in for local dogs who need another chance.
Jade’s Promise was built to make sure Wisconsin dogs aren’t forgotten.

Scott Chisholm
Co-Founder & Operations Support
Scott is a key part of the foundation behind Jade’s Promise. Affectionately known as “Jade’s dad,” he combines a strong IT background with a willingness to step in wherever the rescue needs him most.
From managing the website and technology to troubleshooting problems, coordinating logistics, and tackling the countless behind-the-scenes details that come with building a rescue, Scott helps turn ideas into action.
His steady presence, problem-solving mindset, and ability to keep things moving make him an invaluable part of Jade’s Promise—helping create the strong foundation that allows the rest of the team to stay focused on what matters most: supporting dogs and the people who love them.
Claire Cadwell
Board Member
Claire brings years of animal rescue experience and a true willingness to jump in wherever she is needed. Her involvement in rescue began with volunteering at the local humane society and has grown through years of supporting several local rescue organizations.
From helping at events and fostering to working directly with both dogs and cats, Claire has seen many sides of rescue and understands that some of the most important work often happens quietly behind the scenes.
She brings compassion, reliability, and a genuine love for animals to everything she does. Whether it’s caring for a foster, lending a hand at an event, or simply stepping up when something needs to get done, Claire is always ready to help.
We couldn’t be more excited to have her experience, heart, and can-do attitude as part of the team helping launch Jade’s Promise.
Sue Hass
Board Member
Sue has been part of the local dog community for many years, and caring for dogs has been a constant throughout her life. From owning and operating her own in-home grooming business to working alongside Sandi Paws Rescue and Dogs 2 Dog Tags, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience to Jade’s Promise.
Over the years, Sue has worked with dogs of all personalities, backgrounds, and needs. She understands that every dog is different—and that sometimes the ones who need a little more patience, understanding, and time are the ones who have the most to give.
Sue brings not only her experience, but also a genuine love for dogs and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. Her knowledge, compassion, and years spent working directly with dogs make her an important part of the Jade’s Promise family.

Jade’s Promise is truly a family effort. Scott and Tiffany's girls have grown up in the rescue world and have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between. They’ve celebrated new fosters and happy endings, learned the patience it takes to earn a scared dog’s trust, and experienced the harder moments that come with rescue. Through it all, they’ve learned compassion, responsibility, and what it means to show up for an animal that needs you. We believe involving kids in rescue from a young age builds empathy, understanding, and a desire to help others—lessons that reach far beyond animals. The girls are an important part of the heart behind Jade’s Promise, because for us, rescue has always been a family effort.
